Despite his status as a chef, Sanji is constantly seen smoking his favorite brand of cigarettes King Ground and Death, likely due to his inspiration from Mr. Pink. While not a weapon per se, Sanji has occasionally flicked a cigarette into an opponent’s face briefly.,
Kitchen Knives
A pair of kitchen knives stolen from the CP7 agent Wanze during their fight on the Puffing Tom, while they have no special properties like Meito blades due to Sanji’s upbringing he is quite proficient with them; however, he only used these due to his opponent’s armor being made of food.
Firearms
Sanji has on rare occasion brandished firearms such as flintlocks, rifles, and even a bazooka once.
Raid Suit
The magnum opus of the Germa Kingdoms technology is the Raid Suits, special technologically-enhanced outfits designed for combat exclusively utilized by its royal family and military commanders, the Vinsmoke Family. Given as a parting gift for helping the Vinsmokes escape Big Mom, Sanji was initially reluctant to wear it but eventually donned it in Wano.
When not in use, it fits within a small canister that can only fit Sanji’s body when activated. They greatly enhance the users fighting ability giving them an overall boost; they also grant an excellent resistance to fire as they can perfectly stand within flames and even survive Big Mom’s, Heavenly Feuer.
Other than the overall improvement, each suit comes with equipment as well as a “personal spear” for each user.
Boots: The boots have accelerators on the heels and flotation devices on the soles that allow their wearer to hover in midair, jump large distances, and greatly boost their kicking power. Giving Sanji affinity for kicks his feats in this far surpass his siblings.
Cape: Each cape is already bulletproof even withstanding shots from Big Mom’s steel piercing artillery. However, Sanji’s cape comes with the addition of creating a personal forcefield durable enough to block a direct attack from Page One in his Ancient Zoan Spinosaurus form, one of the Beast Pirates’ strongest fighters.
Stealth Black: Sanji’s Raid Suit’s special ability is that it lets him turn invisible, giving him a great advantage in a fight as he can land surprised attacks without an opponent seeing him, perform espionage, etc.… That or he can sneak into a unisex bathhouse

Kuina
A standard ninja tool originally used by ninja who disguised themselves as farmers can be used for thrusting and stabbing and can be used as a projectile weapon.
Nunchaku
Much like his master Might Guy, Rock Lee carries a pair of nunchaku around, two sticks connected by a chain used to bash and deal blunt trauma to enemies, Lee can also link these together to create a bo staff.
Hand Wraps
Hand wraps are mainly used to protect the fist’s skin while striking, though Lee is able to use them to bind an opponent to perform the Front Lotus.
“Medicine”
A bottle of sake Lee mistook for his medicine, given Lee’s low alcohol tolerance even a small sip can get him drunk and allows him to perform the drunken fist.
Ankle Weights
A pair of training weights with one big twist, due to Might Guy's training he put weights on Lee which weigh an absurd amount, so upon removal, Lee can move far faster than before.

Sanji
Black Leg Fighting Style
As a chef Sanji’s most significant tools are his hands, so to make sure his hands stay safe he created a fighting style focusing solely on kicks. Inspired and trained by his adoptive father and former pirate Red Leg Zeff Sanji was taught in a form that only emphasizes kicks while allowing for acrobatic and evasive maneuvers. He was later trained by one of the heads of the revolutionary army and master of Okama Kenpo Ivankov giving Sanji additional use of Haki in his fights.
Black Leg style takes heavy inspiration from Brazilian Capoeira which involves roundhouse kicks, sweeps, and evasiveness, Korean Taekwondo which focuses on head-height kicks, jumping spinning kicks, and fast kicking techniques, and most importantly of all French Savate a French-based fighting style created by French sailors who fought on boats, which focus on bone-breaking power, low kicks, and balance.
As one of the Strawhats greatest fighters, he often goes up against one of the most potent enemies, usually a fellow martial artist like Kuroobi, a tenth dan master in Fishman karate, Bentham a top assassin for Baroque Works and master of Okama Kenpo, Skypeian priest, and Mantra master Satori, the Groggy giants with Zoro, the third strongest CP9 agent, six powers user and Wolf Zoan user Jabra, 99 Newkama Kenpo masters, Vergo one of the top Doflamingo pirates, and Page One an ancient Zoan user and one of Kaido’s top men.
Sanji also has a surprising knowledge of acupuncture and is able even to reconstruct someone’s face with his kicks alone, usually making them much more handsome.
Black Leg Techniques
Collier
An attack that means French for neck, Sanji delivers a kick to an opponent’s neck while still on the ground.
Collier Shot: Sanji jumps high into the air and lands a powerful kick to the opponent's neck. This can also be used to deflect projectiles like cannonballs, as Sanji did during a Buster Call.
Épaule
A downward kick targeting the opponent's shoulder meant to knock them off balance or drive them into the ground.
Épaule Shoot: Épaule enhanced version. Sanji jumps into the air then brings his heel down on the opponent's shoulder.
Côtelette
Dropping down into a one-handed handstand position, Sanji kicks the opponent hard in the ribs, this attack is usually followed by Selle.
Selle: Commonly used as a combo attack with Côtelette, using the momentum from the Côtelette attack Sanji (still in a handstand) spins around in the opposite direction to deliver a fast kick to the opponent's lower back or lumbar region.
Poitrine
A stabbing kick straight into the opponent's chest can be used in rapid succession.
Poitrine Shoot: Poitrine enhanced version, except that this time Sanji aims a little higher and kicks up instead of down.
Gigot
Running at the opponent Sanji delivers a sweeping kick to the knee caps; the opponent is either sent flying or slammed to the ground as a result.
Moutan Shot
One of Sanji's strongest attacks, and a common finishing move He starts by jumping or flipping into the air and then channels all his might into one leg to deliver a flurry of kicks so fast that it seems to hit simultaneously, creating the illusion that Sanji's leg is shaking sending the target flying. Sanji usually aims at the opponent's midsection, or sometimes their head.
Reception
Sanji lifts one of his legs up high and hooks his foot around the opponent's neck, then uses that leg to smash the opponent's face into the ground hard.
Anti-Manner Kick Course
One of Sanji's strongest single kick attacks, he delivers a massive vertical kick by lifting one of his legs a full 180 degrees in the air. This attack is usually aimed at the very center of the opponent's torso (front or back) and is almost always enough to defeat any opponent with one shot. For much taller and gigantic targets, Sanji usually jumps to the desired height to execute the move. Once he has used this horizontally on Oars' foot in order to unbalance the giant. This attack was able to bypass Big Pan's lubricated skin (where almost nothing else has) dealing severe damage to the Wotan and completely defeating a bananagator, a monster so large it devours Sea Kings (Some Sea Kings can be as large as an island).
Longe
A sweeping kick, usually performed from the back targeting the opponent's hips, very useful for sending an opponent flying in preparation for another kick.
Tendron
A straight on side kick targeting the middle area of the opponent's collar bone
Flanchet
A simple kick to the opponent's stomach.
Flanchet Shoot: Sanji kicks the opponent with a head-on snap kick.
Quasi Combo
Sanji flips over into a double-handed handstand, spins around, and kicks the opponent.
Queue: Commonly used as a combo attack with Quasi, Sanji continues spinning with the momentum from Quasi and swings his other leg around to kick the opponent's tailbone.
Quasi: Sanji sends a hard kick to the opponent's thigh. This can be used to attack or block an incoming kick.
Cuisseau Shoot: Cuisseau enhanced version. A hard kick to the thigh sends the opponent flying.
Jarret: Often used right before or after Cuisseau, Sanji sends a hard kick to the opponent's shin. This can be used to attack or block an incoming kick.
Veau Shot
Another one of Sanji's strongest/finisher attacks, he leaps into the air and sweeps his leg forward to land a powerful kick to the center of the opponent's torso, stronger even than Mouton Shot which can result in them having a delayed reaction to the initial impact.
Concassé
Another finisher, Sanji leaps high into the air and starts flipping over rapidly to gain speed, then he brings the heel of his foot down on the opponent's head. Sanji can also use this attack by standing on one hand sideways while facing his opponent before spinning around rapidly and delivering a kick to his opponent's side. This variant was powerful enough to stun Blueno when he was using Tekkai which made his body harder than steel.
Troisième Hachis
Sanji does a series of backflips towards his opponent before using his hands for one final push to launch him towards an opponent's face where he delivers several fast kicks.
Bouquetière Shot
Often used as the final blow in a series of attacks, Sanji lands on his hands underneath an opponent's chin, then uses both hands to spring upwards to deliver a blow to the opponent's chin with both feet.
Slice Shot
A disarming kick where Sanji runs forward and leaps to kick the enemy’s weapon out of hand.
Party Kick Course
An attack for fighting against large groups, Sanji jumps into the air and lands on the head of one of the opponents in a handstand. He then spins around rapidly to deliver a savage kick to the face of anyone within range. After he runs out of targets, he dismounts and kicks the person he was spinning on. Sanji normally does this move with a handstand on the ground.
Brochette
Sanji jumps over the top of his opponent and aims one leg directly downwards towards the opponent. He then drops downwards while spinning like a drill to spear his opponent with his extended leg.
Collier Frit
A powerful kick to the neck, Sanji leans forwards and launches his foot up into his opponent's throat.
Frites Assorties: An attack for use against several opponents, Sanji leans forward and kicks several opponents skywards.
Face Kick Combo
Escalope: A kick to the forehead.
Bouche: A straight kick to the jaw striking the roof of their mouth.
Joue: A kick to the cheek.
Joue Shoot: Sanji leans forward and delivers a hard sidekick to one of the opponent's cheeks.
Menton: A kick to the chin.
Nez: A kick to the nose.
Oeil: A kick to the eyes.
Parage Shot
Sanji delivers a barrage of kicks to every single section of the opponent's face, these kicks are so powerful that they can alter the bone structure of the unlucky recipient. And for some reason, this also seems to affect their facial and hair structures.
Santen Découpage
Sanji throws three powerful near-simultaneous roundhouse kicks with one leg to the opponent's throat, chest and stomach, striking them with the entire length of his leg.
Shishinabe Shoot
Sanji attacks with a powerful flying sidekick, he also uses this attack to break down walls.
Deuxième Hachis
Sanji does a running jump and kicks with both legs into an opponent's stomach, strong enough to send a Zoan user and six powers master flying back despite the two additional factors of enhahnced druabilty.
Extra Hachis
A barrage of hard kicks launched at multiple directions, in the same manner as Luffy's Gomu Gomu no Gatling, only that given Sanji's lack of elasticity, this move must be performed at close range. However, due to the monstrous force that Sanji can deliver while administering his kicks, this is considered as the "grandest" of Sanji's Hachis series.
Jenga Ho
A powerfl straight kick strong enogh to send pieces of a building flying.
Jabot
Sanji delivers a quick kick to the opponent's face.
Diable Jambe
A new addition to his fighting style which literal means Devil Leg, Sanji developed as a way to defeat CP9 member Jabra which has become his trump card in a fight, while originally Sanji would activate Diable Jambe by spinning at high speeds, thus heating up his leg due to friction he can now activate it spontaneously; this new ability is somehow tied to the trauma Sanji endured for the last two years, the memory of which seemingly causes him to burst out in flames through sheer anger. He can ignite either leg and even both at the same time.
The heat of this kick is hot enough that it can burn the insides of an opponent to the point where their bones feel on fire, can clash against advanced technology, and even burn while underwater; in comparison, molten thermite which burns at 4,000 degrees Fahrenheit is one of the few substances recorded to underwater can effortlessly burn through melt through steel and iron.
And the reason Sanji doesn’t burn himself while using this move is according to Oda, while his leg burns hot his soul burns hotter.
Premier Hachis
Sanji does a running jump and kicks with both legs into an opponent's stomach rapidly various times, but Diable Jambe's heat greatly increases the power.
Flambage Shot
In the air (sometimes several feet from the ground), Sanji kicks the side of an opponent with his foot and Diable Jambe's heat greatly increases the power, often with explosive effect. The target is usually kicked downwards, causing them to come crashing into the ground. This was first seen being used to finish off Jabra, though he had to use the other leg to deflect half of Jabra's Jushigan, in order to "reserve" his flaming leg for the finishing blow.
Extra Hachis
Sanji leaps into the air and launches a fierce barrage of flaming kicks, the light from the attack and the speed at which it is delivered make it look like one big fire blast.
Frites Assorties
A completely revamped version of the original Frites Assorties. Jumping high into the air, Sanji delivers three simultaneous kicks in three directions (left, right, and forward) while in Diable Jambe mode, resulting in flames spiraling towards the target at the point of impact. It was powerful enough to reflect the attack of the massive ancient giant Oars.
Moutan Shot
Sanji performs a Mouton Shot in Diable Jambe mode making it much more powerful.
Bien Cuit: Grill Shot
Running at his target at incredible speeds (if done underwater, after using Blue Walk), Sanji will spin around slightly and deliver a strong back kick to the center of his target. This will burn a significant amount of the target (considering that it was used underwater, several thousand meters down) around the kicked area and leave a crisscrossed grill shaped burn. This move is powerful enough to burn one of the massive Kraken's tentacles while underwater.
Poêle à Frire: Spectre
After using Sky Walk, Sanji kicks repeatedly downward with his flaming leg, to take out multiple opponents. The way Sanji moves his flaming leg is very similar to the way Ivankov moves his head while using Ganmen Spectrum, which seems to be the reason why Sanji decided to put the "Spectre" word (which is French for Spectrum) in the name of this attack. This technique seems to be an enhanced version of Diable Jambe: Extra Hachis, as Sanji kicks only with his flaming leg, not with the other.
Collier Shot
A new version of Collier Shoot, but now combined with Diable Jambe. Sanji jumps into the air, appearing in front of his opponent, and then lands a devastating kick to their neck. This kick is not only strong enough to send the opponent flying while burning them but also releases a small stream of fire that pierces through the opponent's body.
Flanchet Strike
An enhanced version of Flanchet Shoot, Sanji delivers a kick to the opponent's stomach, this move was powerful enough to send Vergo flying back.
Joue Shot
Sanji races toward his opponent, keeping his burning leg off the ground. He then leaps up and kicks his opponent square in the face.
Concassé
The Diable Jambe version of his normal Concassé attack. Sanji uses Sky Walk to get high up in the air before tumbling down with his leg outstretched, gaining speed by spinning. He then slams his heel on the top of their head. This was first used against Luffy, and succeeded in briefly knocking him out, though keep in mind Luffy wasn’t fighting back.
Crosse Strike
Sanji delivers a powerful flaming front kick. It was first used along with Luffy's Elephant Gun during their attempt to save Reiju, blocking Big Mom's lightning attack.
Haki
Sanji possesses the ability to manipulate his Haki, Haki is a mysterious power that is found in every living being in the world. It is not that different from the typical senses. However, most people do not notice it or fail to awaken it. Broadly speaking, there are two types of Haki available to everyone, given the proper training, but there is a third type that only a certain group of "chosen ones" are said to possess.
Kenbunshoku Haki
Kenbunshoku Haki (Or observation Haki or simply Mantra) is a form of Haki that allows the user to sense the presence of others, even if they are concealed from view or too far to see naturally.
More useful the user can also use this Haki to predict an opponent's moves shortly before they make them, thereby making the attack much easier to evade with enough skill. This prediction appears to the user as an image or brief "premonition" of what the opponent will do in the user's mind's eye, and the damage the user will take if the attack actually "hits", as a bonus it may also let the user sense someone's level of strength and even their emotions (Though very skilled actors like Pudding can fool it).
Kenbunshoku Haki is Sanji's specialty concerning Haki. During his stay in the Kamabakka Kingdom, Sanji has trained his Kenbunshoku Haki to become a proficient user of this Haki. He can sense the presence, strength, emotions, and intent of others, and was even able to dodge a jelly bean shot by Charlotte Katakuri a Yonko commander and despite Katakuri having a higher level of Kenbunshoku Haki.
Busoshoku Haki
Busoshoku Haki or Armament Haki is a form of Haki that allows the user to use their spirit to create, in essence, an invisible armor around themselves which increases someones striking power and durability immensely. This also gives the user the ability to hit a Logia type who would normally be intangible, whether they are made of Sand, Fire, Gas, or even Light, this is because it lets the user bypass someone's Devil Fruit ability.
Users can also use it on their weapons such as swords, bullets, or arrows, for example when the Kuja clan used it on their arrows it gave them the power to explode with the force like a grenade.
When two users of Busoshoku Haki clash the one with the harder Busoshoku Haki will win often breaking through the other ones Busoshoku Haki, and while Sanji’s use of Busoshoku Haki isn’t as proficient as Zoro or Luffy he is able to seriously damage opponents and protect himself against blade-based attacks.
Other abilities
Swordsmanship

Trained from a young age in swordsmanship from his father however, due to Sanji's policy of only using his hands for cooking and his dismissal of his father, it is unknown as to the extent of any skills he may retain as There has only been one time that Sanji has made an exception to his rule of never using knives (and other kitchen tools) or his hands to fight, though this was a very special case since his foe's armor was made of food (ramen to be exact) and they were fighting in a kitchen though he was quite proficient in wielding dual kitchen knives.
Epluchage: The only attack Sanji showed while fighting this style. He uses a pair of kitchen knives to peel away an opponent's armor. "Epluchage" is a French cooking verb which means "to peel away skin".
Cunning
Besides his strength, Sanji is also a skilled tactician. This was particularly evident in the Alabasta Saga, where he was responsible for both posing as Mr. 3 and fooling Crocodile into believing that he had killed the Straw Hats on Little Garden. Later, he posed as "Mr. Prince" to lure Crocodile out of Rain Dinners, where the Straw Hats were being held captive so that he could break in and release them.
He is often able to craft a plan while everything is becoming chaotic or while the rest of the crew are busy fighting, like in Water 7 he shut the Gates of Justice to give the crew an opportunity to escape the overwhelming Marine forces gathered for the Buster Call.
He can usually quickly deduce through lies, tricks, and true objectives… Though he gets a little muddled when boobs are involved.
Sky Walk
Sanji's version of Rokushiki's Geppo. Sanji kicks the air to jump higher, giving the appearance of flight. Sanji created this technique during his ordeal in "hell" to escape from the Akamas. Sanji's speed is boosted to extreme levels while performing it, as he was able to travel from downtown Dressrosa all the way to the edge of Green Bit in less than a minute.
Blue Walk: The underwater version of Sky Walk. A technique that allows him to travel at incredible speeds, resulting in traveling at least as fast or faster than a fish-man underwater. Sanji kicks the water multiple times to gain impulse similar to Rokushiki techniques, Soru (in the manner of kicking rapidly) and Geppo (in its use to "jump" in water) thus "running" underwater, and reaching considerable speed.
Fire generation and heat resistance
What’s that old saying? If you can’t take the heat, get out of the kitchen? Well Sanji can certainly take the heat and dish it out, across to Oda’s SBS the reason Sanji is not burned when he uses Diable Jambe is because his heart was burning hotter then his leg, he could also easily withstand being in the center of Pearls fire without a problem and even make contact with his flaming shield.
Sanji can also generate flames from his very being as well from pure rage alone, while before the time-skip this was a mere comedic or additional effect of Diable Jambe after the time-skip he has occasionally used this as an attack.
Hell Memories: After closing his eyes and remembering his painful time in the Kamabakka Kingdom, Sanji immediately became enraged, his whole body caught fire. He then leaps into the air and delivers a powerful kick to his opponent, setting their entire body on fire, and causing great damage. This attack generates an enormous amount of fire, even enough to encompass a gigantic opponent like Wadatsumi despite being 80 meters tall.
Rock Lee
Chakra
Chakra is the physical and spiritual energy located on every cell of the body and gained through exercise and experience. It's basically a cross between chi and stamina as the two are directly linked. Though other methods exist, Hand Seals are the main way to channel Chakra through 361 different points over the body so it can be manipulated to perform a variety of acts like walking on water, ceilings or sheer cliffs, creating elemental attacks, creating illusions, etc.
While Lee himself has no affinity for any form of Jutsu out of Taijutsu, he does have enough Chakra control to perform the bare requirement of walking on water or running on walls.
Taijutsu
Due to Lee’s complete lack of Ninjutsu or Genjutsu Might Guy focused all of Lee’s training solely on Taijutsu making him a hand-to-hand expert and quite possible after Might Guy's retirement the great Taijutsu practitioner in the Leaf Village and maybe even the world. He learned the Strong Fist style, which specializes in dishing external damage to an opponent which involves smashing your opponent and is generally used only by extremely physically powerful and dominating shinobi.
While Taijutsu is just a standard term for any unarmed combat skill it focuses on body-based techniques and can encompass elements of Judo, Aikido, Karate, and Kenpo, meaning it can incorporate moves from striking, throws, joint locks, and kicks.
Through his Taijutsu, Rock Lee has gone up against far more gifted ninja such as Sasuke, Gaara, and Kimimaro, and has become the main teacher of Taijutsu to the new generation of Ninja.
Leaf Techniques
Much like his master Might Guy Lee has a series of Leaf techniques for combat, many of these techniques are powerful enough to produce a whirlwind effect:
Shadow of the Dancing Leaf: Lee close behind a target and carefully matches their movements, following them in the same way that a leaf is followed by its shadow. Simply mimicking a target in this way does no harm to them, but it's useful as a setup for other techniques, such as the Front Lotus
Leaf Gale: A rear spinning kick that makes the target spin-away causing them to lose balance,
Leaf Rising Wind: delivers a heel drop to the opponent using only sheer physical strength that causes small alteration to the ground on impact
Leaf Whirlwind: Lee can use a high kick as a feint before following up with a low kick. Lee then finishes her off with a powerful spinning roundhouse kick in the air.
Leaf Coiling Whirlwind: Performed a powerful roundhouse kick to a single opponent.
Leaf Great Whirlwind: Lee performs this attack with a low kick followed up with a middle kick and a high kick and ends with a heel drop to the opponent.
Leaf Strong Whirlwind: Lee does a spinning back kick that is difficult to track. He then follows it up with a powerful attack that can create a whirlwind around the user.
Drunken Fist
Due to Lee’s low alcohol tolerance, one sip of Sake leaves him in a hammered state allowing him to use the Drunken fist, in this state Lee’s moves become far less predictable and harder to anticipate while becoming even faster, in this state he was able to fight with Kimiaro on much more even pacing despite the later holding a considerable edge early. However, the downside to this is that it has a limited time for him to see it and he may lose focus here.
Eight Gates
The Eight Gates exist in order to limit the flow of chakra within an individual's body. Ordinarily, individuals can use no more than 20% of their body's full potential. It’s the brain's way of protecting the individual from harming their body through overexertion. With each opened gate, individuals are given access to more and more of their body's chakra, thus increasing their physical strength and speed. Using the Eight Gates can be described as a double-edged sword.
Although opening the gates does briefly give the user power greater than what they're normally capable of, this increased power causes the user serious harm. At a minimum, the user will be fatigued, which can leave them vulnerable to attack if this occurs during combat. In more extreme cases, muscles can tear and bones can break from the strain, which can be treated with medical ninjutsu. When opening the eighth and final gate, users will die as a consequence, their bodies being unable to survive the immense amounts of chakra flowing through them.
When opening one of the Eight Gates, users are typically shown opening all preceding gates as well, though it is not clear if this is actually required. To have all of the Eight Gates open at once is known as Eight Gates Released Formation. While Lee has only shown to use up to the seventh gate it is stated he can use the final gate.
Gate of Opening: Located in the brain and removes the user's mental inhibitions. Opening this gate allows the user to perform the Front Lotus, a technique that tires them afterward.
Gate of Healing: Located in the brain and increases the user's physical strength. This has the added effect of re-energizing the body, enabling it to rapidly recover from exhaustion.
Gate of Life: Located on the spinal cord and turns the user's skin red when opened. Other effects include the user's pupils disappearing, their hair standing on end, and bulging veins all over their body. Opening this gate allows the user to perform the Reverse Lotus.
Gate of Pain: Located on the spinal cord and increases the user’s physical speed. However, the user’s muscles start to tear. Opening the gate also causes the user’s nose to start bleeding.
Gate of Limit: Located in the abdomen and increases the user's physical strength. However, the user’s limbs receive compound fractures afterward.
Gate of View: Located in the stomach and increases all the user's abilities. The power that emanates from the user is enough to displace the surrounding bodies of water. Opening this gate allows the user to perform the Morning Peacock. Opening this gate has sometimes been shown to create a green aura around the user.
Gate of Wonder: Located below the stomach and causes the user's body to secrete a blue sweat. Opening this gate allows the user to perform the Daytime Tiger. After opening this gate, the user's muscle fibers rupture, causing them intense pain if anyone touches them.
Gate of Death: Located at the heart. Users open this gate by puncturing their chest with their thumb in order to direct the chakra there. While open, the user's heart pumps at maximum speed, granting them power a hundred times greater than they are usually capable of, far beyond that of the Five Kage. "Steam of Blood" is emitted from the user's pores and hair, resembling a flaming red aura. The eighth gate causes the body to continually heat up until it's been cooked from the inside-out, reducing the user to ash.
Front Lotus
Lee delivers an upward kick to their opponent, sending them high into the air and follows the opponent along their upward trajectory, taking tight hold of them so that they can't move or escape; Rock Lee wraps opponents with the bandages he wears to help in this regard. Once they've reached the peak of the initial kick's arc, Lee begins a spinning motion and propels them headfirst towards the ground Lee then releases the opponent right before impact and retreats to safety, leaving the opponent to collide with the ground alone. Because the Front Lotus requires at least one of the Eight Gates to be opened, users are likely to be fatigued afterward and thus vulnerable to attack.
Reverse Lotus
Lee strikes the target from multiple directions, pummelling them into the air. When Rock Lee used the Reverse Lotus on Gaara, Gaara's Shield of Sand was unable to react fast enough to protect him. As Lee attacked Gaara, he gradually wraps Gaara with the bandages he wears, allowing him to better maneuver Gaara to deliver a finishing blow that sends him crashing back to the ground.
One Man Front Lotus
A singular version of its parent technique, Lee instead starts spinning by himself creating strong winds around him, and dives down on the opponent rather than with them.
Crane Wing Formation
A collaboration technique used by seven members of the Suicide Corps after activating the sixth gate involving in a group of users line up side by side and enter the sixth gate. Upon doing so, they leap at their opponent, able to reach high up into the sky. The aura surrounding the users as a collective gives off the appearance of a crane's wings spread out — hence the name. When enclosing in on a target, the technique acts like a powerful blade, capable of destroying most of a gigantic meteorite.

Strength/Power
Can run around and jump dozens of feet while wearing insanely heavy ankle weights.
Kicked Naruto across a room.
Punched into the ground and pulled out a tree root.

With the 4th Gate Lee shattered the ground by running and could create shockwaves with his strikes.
Could harm Kimimaro and even damage his bones, Kimimaro’s bones were tougher than tempered steel and was far stronger than the Sound Four put together one of which could lift Choji (16 Kilotons).

- Was the first person to make it pass Gaara’s sand which even at the time could block point blank explosions (Mach 29).
- In the 4th Gate moved so fast the ground beneath him was destroyed.
- Managed to somewhat keep up with Kimimaro.

Durability/Endurance
- Frequently sparred with Neiji often taking a much greater beating.
- Withstood Might Guy’s punch.
- Could take Dosu’s shockwave attacks despite them being strong enough to one shot Choji.
- Can survive and still fight after using the 4th gates and Front Lotus which tore his muscles apart.
- Took a brutal beating from Gaara including being pummeled and tossed around by his sand, and still managed to keep his arm and leg despite Gaara’s Sand Coffin which even as a child could pulverize adult shinobi into paste.
- Despite being completely unconscious and having a crushed arm and leg Lee still managed to stand up ready to fight.
- Took hits from Kimimaro the strongest of the Sound Four who could take on Kyuubi mode Naruto.
Weaknesses
Sanji
While Sanji is one of the strongest Straw Hats and may not have a conventional weakness Sanji does have one that often keeps him down at the worst moments; his sense of chivalry. Raised by Zeff’s value Sanji even if it kills him refuses to kick a woman now while Sanji will defend himself and dodge attacks he still won’t ever kick one even when they have proven to be deadly and evil, he also has a habit of taking women on their word and will often rush in to help them occasionally resulting in him being captured.
His sense of chivalry is not exclusive to women though; Sanji has a strong sense of comparison for others even enemies when in a weakened state and is a man of his word he will feed a starving enemy, save his villainous family, and will even endure beatings to protect someone.
Sanji is also a massive pervert and has occasionally lost so much blood after seeing a mermaid that he needed an immediate blood transfer before he died after creating a 60 ft mermaid geyer out of his nosebleed.
No… I’m not joking.
Rock Lee
The reason the 8 Gates aren’t a commonly used technique in the shinobi world is simple, as while for each gate you open you gain more power it often takes a heavier toll on you. Even the first gate can lead to exhaustion while the Fourth gate and beyond lead to internal damage from muscle tearing, bone fractures, and muscle fibers to rupture meaning Lee can only use these sparingly or he’ll be left defenseless. Save for the Eighth gate which simply results in death.
And while not much of a problem anymore, Lee’s lack of Ninjutsu makes his moves fairly limited in comparison to other Naruto characters so he won’t be shooting fire or creating fox avatar Gundams.
Lee also has a rather shaky win loss record all things considered and is more used to fighting in a team hen on his own.
Summary
Sanji
Advantages:
Much stronger than Rock Lee in base and even potentially with all his gates.
Is still faster than Lee even with the Gates.
Diable Jambe and Hell’s memories let him bypass durability and gives him better range.
More versatile especially with his Raid Suit.
Armament Haki and Raid Suit provide better defense.
Observation Haki will make it even harder for Lee to land a hit.
Smarter.
Stealth Black not only makes him much stronger but gives him invisibility, something Lee doesn't deal with.
His boosts are much safer then the Gates.
Has fought similar martial arts themed opponents in the past like Jabara.
Stayed relevant in his series.
Disadvantages:
The 8th gate can still potentially surpass Sanji.
While safer his boosts don’t offer as much as a boost then the Gates.
Due to Lee not having food based armor Sanji will likely not resort to swordsmanship.
Lee’s drunken fist can counter Sanji’s Observation Haki like Luffy did with Enel.
Not as many grappling or restraining based techniques.
His Armament Haki while tough isn’t his special suit and can still be overwhelmed.
Still a virgin as of this writing.
Rock Lee
“I want to show I can be a splendid ninja as well even if I don’t have ninjutsu or genjutsu… I want to prove it to the whole world!”
Advantages:
Gates offer a greater powerup than Sanji’s and can close the stat gap.
Has more moves that allow for restaining and grappling.
Likely longer melee range with the equipment they’d be given.
Arguably better pain tolerance.
Drunken Fist can likely counter Sanji’s Observation Haki.
Possibly more experience as of Boruto.
The Gate of Death can potentially surpass Sanji...
Got laid and has a kid.
Disadvantages:
...But then again it may likely not and will result in his death ending in a draw at best.
Much weaker in base form.
Less versatility.
No way to defend or counter Diable Jambe, Armament Haki, or Stealth Black.
Even with the Gates anyway from seven to hundreds of times slower.
Gates drain his stamina and can potentially be life-threatening.
